Khamenei compelled to approve nuclear deal paves way for future violations and stonewalling

On Wednesday, October 21, Iranian regime supreme leader Khamenei who is deeply concerned about the consequences of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) with P5+1 for the survival of the clerical regime, inescapably approved the deal after a 100-day delay in a letter to Rouhani and stated that he approves the August 10, 2015 resolution of regime’s Supreme National Security Council in this regard.

Meanwhile, he resorted to charlatanism special to him to take advantage of the feeblepolicy of the West and its appeasement of mullahs. He raised some arguments or new conditions and made ambiguous statements to keep the option of violating the accord and to pave the way for stonewalling its implementation, while attempting to prop up his dispirited forces.

’Assad Is the Problem, Not the Solution’: Amb. Bill Richardson

Ambassador Bill Richardson
Ambassador Bill Richardson

At the sidelines to the massive anti-Rouhani demonstration held across from the UN on Monday, in an exclusive interview, Amb. Bill Richardson, a life-long Democrat, former American Ambassador to the UN, and former Governor of Arizona, came out strongly against Obama’s Iran deal, The Wall Street Journal reported.

He also stated that Bashar Assad “is the problem, not the solution – he’s a killer, he’s a violator of human rights... and unless he goes, there’s not going to be peace in Syria.”
But to the thronging masses of over 3,000 Iranian-Americans and Syrian-Americans, Amb. Richardson opened by accusing Iranian president Rouhaniand his regime of executing more than 2,000 political prisoners in the less-than two years of his administration.

That means Rouhani has executed an average of more three political prisoners a day in Iran since he was installed by the Khamenei in a sham election.

Ken Blackwell: Iran's Rouhani falsely depicted as a moderate

Washington, 24 Sep - Iran's President Hassan Rouhani tries to falsely depict himself as a "moderate" or a "reformer" worthy of the trust and engagement of the international community, first and foremost the US, and this charade has only been emboldened by the nuclear deal with which the Obama administration handed a range of unwarranted concessions to Tehran and failed to accomplish its goal of cutting off Iran's pathways to a nuclear weapon ", wrote Ken Blackwell, former US ambassador to the UN human rights commission, in an op- ed in Town Hall.

Next Monday, on September 28 Iranian President Hassan Rouhani is scheduled to address the UN General Assembly. That podium has hosted many bad characters who have used it to advocate their sinister policies. But Rouhani's presence stands out precisely because he blends in better than many of his predecessors.

Iran Increases Funding to Hezbollah Following Nuclear Deal

Hezbollah forces

Iran has increased funding to terror group Hezbollah following the nuclear agreement brokered with the P5 +1 in July, The Washington Times reporte.

Since the deal was signed, Iran has significantly increased its financial
support for Hezbollah, one of the largest terror groups in the region. ... This support, for example, has enabled Hezbollah to obtain highly developed new armaments, including advanced technologies that many militaries around the world would envy. Al-Rai, a Kuwaiti newspaper, reported Saturday that Hezbollah has received all the advanced weaponry that Syria has obtained from the Russians. ... As regards the Palestinians, in the past two months.

The funding boost indicates that Iran assumes crippling international sanctions will be lifted following the International Atomic Energy Agency's (IAEA) investigation of Tehran's past nuclear program.

Aformer Iranian political prisoner has described his torment during the seven years he spent in the mullahs' jails in Iran. Karim Moradi, an Iranian human rights activist and member of the Society of Iranian Political Prisoners, gave his account of the 1988 massacre of political prisoners in Iran in an article on Friday in TheHill.com:I am often asked by my American friends what I think about the Iran deal. As someone who spent seven years of his life imprisoned in Iran, it is difficult for me to give a simple answer. I have spent the past few weeks reflecting not on the nuclear deal with Iran, but on the summer of 1988, when Iran systematically massacred 30,000 political prisoners in a matter of weeks.

One of the key points absent from the discussion on the deal with Iran is the

direct benefit it confers on the financial empire of Ali Khamenei and his fascist regime in Iran
.

A 2013 report by Reuters uncovered the vast financial empire of Khamenei. According to the report, which was based on a 6 month investigation, Khamenei “controls a business empire worth around $95 billion - a sum exceeding the value of his oil-rich nation's current annual petroleum exports.”
Khamenei uses the business front known as “Setad” to extend his influence into every corner of the Iranian economy, including: “finance, oil, telecommunications, the production of birth-control pills and even ostrich farming.”

The report details Khamanei’s use of the Iranian state apparatus to systematically confiscate property from ordinary Iranians, including “members of religious minorities, Shi'ite Muslims, business people and Iranians living abroad.” Under the pretense of operating under the Supreme Leader, Setad has used the country's judiciary as a tool to consolidate financial resources for its own benefit.

Iran Will Cheat on Nuclear Deal to Build Bomb

In deed the only solution to the Nuclear Crisis is the removal of
regime by people and their organized resistance.

The way forward in aftermath of a flawed Iran deal - Ali Safavi

The international community should support the Iranian people and their organized Resistance to bring about regime change in Iran as the ultimate solution to the nuclear crisis, Ali Safavi of the opposition coalition National Council ofResistance of Iran (NCRI) said on Friday.

The regime in Iran stands to accrue greater economic gains from the Iran nuclear deal agreed to last month, while simultaneously buying time to continue its long-standing deceptions in pursuit of illicit nuclear gains, Dr. Safavi wrote in the TheHill.com.
Many lawmakers and experts, including some key Democrats, have highlighted the flaws in the deal, he wrote. More tellingly has been the steady stream of mixed signals from the Iranian regime itself.

Iran - Should the regime eventually be in danger of collapsing in the face of revolution

Congressman describes Iran deal as permitting “terrorism with impunity

Rep.-Brad-Sherman
Rep.-Brad-Sherman
Representative Brad Sherman (D-CA) has come out strongly against the
Iran deal, warning that the Iran deal means “terrorism with impunity.”
My goal is to make sure all Americans know this is not morally or legally binding on the U.S. and the world, because I see how ugly this deal is in the next decade,” Sherman said in an interview with Breitbart News.
“Everything Iran is doing has a legitimate cover,” Sherman warned. “In international affairs, everybody lies some of the time, and Iran lies much more often.”

Sherman addressed his heated exchange with Secretary of State John Kerry during last week’s hearing before the House Foreign Affairs Committee where Kerry refused to answer whether he would follow the law and commit to congressionally-imposed sanctions should Congress garner enough votes to override President Obama’s veto.

The White House announced on Thursday it is ready to present more information to members of Congress on articles of the secret agreement between Iran and the International Atomic Energy Agency.
The agreement signed between Iran and the IAEA is not an  document to the deal but an important part of it, said White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest.
The White House is ready to inform members of Congress the articles of this classified agreement in a closed-door session, he added.
Republicans in Congress had prior to this slammed the White House for not presenting to Congress the secret document between Iran and the IAEA.
